Every host agrees to
- 01Create a dedicated Food Tasting table or area where practical.
- 02Display the Food Tasting table signage and material supplied for the experience.
- 03Brief relevant staff that a Food Tasting is taking place.
- 04Assign a named restaurant host or contact.
- 05Explain what is being tasted or tested, and why.
- 06Seat Tasters together for group tastings where appropriate.
- 07Allow time for feedback.
- 08Invite honest, constructive feedback — never pressure Tasters for positive reviews.
- 09Do not introduce surprise social-media or content requirements.
- 10Respect guest privacy.
- 11Accurately describe the menu, experience, duration, pricing and dietary limitations.
